Those I’ve worked with have some vague idea about resumes and LinkedIn, but are unaware of the skills and work necessary to land that first job. But, more good news. You’ve just graduated from college and you know how to learn. That’s good, because there is much to learn. Here are the key tools and skills a college grad needs for a successful job search:
Do your homework, read as much as you can, learn how to gain the skills for all of the above, develop a strategy, and you’ll be one of those 2016 graduates who quickly lands a job!

If I own a certain company, I would give fresh graduates a chance to prove themselves and their capacities to work form my company. I've been there and I know how struggle it was to find a company that will trust you and will give you the chance to prove yourself. That's why I feel like giving back to them would be a reasonable thing to do. Besides, these people are hungry for experience that's why we expect nothing but the best performance from them since they are just starting!
